Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the citizen voting-age population for Massachusetts was 5,030,985 and represented 73.20% of the total Massachusetts population.

Among all Massachusetts counties, Middlesex had the highest citizen voting-age population (1.13M), followed by Worcester (611.10K), and Essex (568.11K).
