Among all North Carolina counties, Mecklenburg had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population (94.94K), followed by Wake (81.34K), and Cumberland (37.15K).

In terms of percentages, Duplin had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (15.51%), followed by Lee (15.15%), and Sampson (14.49%).
