Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for North Carolina was 81,915 and represented 1.08% of the total North Carolina citizen voting-age population.

Among all North Carolina counties, Mecklenburg had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (48.46K), followed by Wake (42.39K), and Cumberland (23.64K).

In terms of percentages, Onslow had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (11.19%), followed by Cumberland (9.78%), and Lee (9.53%).
