Among all North Carolina counties, Mecklenburg had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (45.78K), followed by Wake (39.93K), and Cumberland (23.58K).

In terms of percentages, Onslow had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (11.11%), followed by Cumberland (9.67%), and Lee (9.53%).
