Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population for Missouri was 3,246,485 and represented 53.97% of the total Missouri citizen population.

Among all Missouri counties, St. Louis had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (648.00K), followed by Jackson (441.02K), and St. Charles (346.93K).
