Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Pennsylvania was 990,635 and represented 10.01% of the total Pennsylvania citizen voting-age population.

Among all Pennsylvania counties, Philadelphia had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (466.79K), followed by Allegheny (115.11K), and Delaware (83.50K).
