Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Kentucky was 1,317,960 and represented 29.98% of the total Kentucky citizen population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (164.39K), followed by Fayette (43.32K), and Christian (14.60K).

In terms of percentages, Fulton had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (23.61%), followed by Jefferson (22.16%), and Christian (20.31%).
