Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Minnesota was 1,317,960 and represented 24.02% of the total Minnesota citizen population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (146.73K), followed by Ramsey (56.54K), and Dakota (27.04K).

In terms of percentages, Hennepin had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (12.29%), followed by Ramsey (11.02%), and Anoka (7.23%).
