Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 998,375 and represented 23.73% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (96.19K), followed by Ramsey (37.63K), and Dakota (17.11K).

In terms of percentages, Hennepin had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (10.36%), followed by Ramsey (9.61%), and Anoka (5.80%).
