Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 990,635 and represented 23.81% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (92.63K), followed by Ramsey (37.42K), and Dakota (16.27K).

In terms of percentages, Hennepin had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (10.06%), followed by Ramsey (9.60%), and Anoka (5.41%).
