Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Minnesota was 1,315,935 and represented 24.11% of the total Minnesota citizen population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (144.91K), followed by Ramsey (57.68K), and Dakota (25.58K).

In terms of percentages, Hennepin had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (12.16%), followed by Ramsey (11.24%), and Anoka (6.72%).
