Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 993,790 and represented 23.56% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (97.27K), followed by Ramsey (38.10K), and Dakota (18.18K).

In terms of percentages, Hennepin had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (10.49%), followed by Ramsey (9.76%), and Anoka (6.19%).
