Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2024, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 989,960 and represented 23.31% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (99.60K), followed by Ramsey (38.98K), and Dakota (20.17K).

In terms of percentages, Hennepin had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (10.70%), followed by Ramsey (9.98%), and Anoka (6.72%).
