Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 972,205 and represented 23.64% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (91.75K), followed by Ramsey (35.58K), and Dakota (14.99K).

In terms of percentages, Hennepin had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (10.10%), followed by Ramsey (9.16%), and Dakota (4.91%).
