Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Oklahoma was 1,317,960 and represented 34.47% of the total Oklahoma citizen population.

Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (112.50K), followed by Tulsa (63.80K), and Comanche (17.43K).
