Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Oklahoma was 998,375 and represented 34.62% of the total Oklahoma citizen voting-age population.

Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (82.18K), followed by Tulsa (45.49K), and Comanche (13.57K).

In terms of percentages, Oklahoma had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (15.05%), followed by Comanche (15.04%), and Osage (11.13%).
