Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the citizen voting-age population for Delaware was 746,110 and represented 75.09% of the total Delaware population.

Among all Delaware counties, New Castle had the highest citizen voting-age population (421.21K), followed by Sussex (188.64K), and Kent (136.26K).

In terms of percentages, Sussex had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (78.38%), followed by Kent (74.71%), and New Castle (73.82%).
