Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population for Kentucky was 202,360 and represented 4.60% of the total Kentucky citizen population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population (39.59K), followed by Fayette (20.23K), and Warren (6.59K).

In terms of percentages, Shelby had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (8.04%), followed by Christian (7.82%), and Fayette (6.77%).
