Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 102,630 and represented 3.03% of the total Kentucky citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (21.58K), followed by Fayette (9.76K), and Hardin (3.82K).

In terms of percentages, Christian had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (6.47%), followed by Shelby (5.28%), and Hardin (4.65%).
