Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2024, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 106,827 and represented 3.14% of the total Kentucky citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (22.79K), followed by Fayette (9.99K), and Hardin (4.04K).

In terms of percentages, Christian had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (6.60%), followed by Shelby (5.37%), and Hardin (4.92%).
