Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 81,915 and represented 2.42% of the total Kentucky citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (15.86K), followed by Fayette (6.91K), and Hardin (3.78K).

In terms of percentages, Christian had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (6.56%), followed by Hardin (4.65%), and Graves (4.24%).
