Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population for Iowa was 3,242,005 and represented 104.73% of the total Iowa citizen population.

Among all Iowa counties, Polk had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (371.06K), followed by Linn (191.44K), and Scott (136.82K).
