According to the US Census Bureau Vintage data estimates, in 2016, the birth rate for Colorado was 12.11. Phillips County had the highest birth rate (16.21), followed by Prowers County (15.33), and Morgan County (15.21) On the other hand, Hinsdale County had the lowest birth rate (2.59), followed by Custer County (3.77), and Crowley County (4.95).
