According to the US Census Bureau Vintage data estimates, in 2011, the birth rate for Georgia was 13.59. Chattahoochee County had the highest birth rate (19.77), followed by Liberty County (19.07), and Clayton County (16.74) On the other hand, Webster County had the lowest birth rate (5.05), followed by Towns County (7.2), and Fayette County (7.29).
