According to the US Census Bureau Vintage data estimates, in 2015, the birth rate for Pennsylvania was 11.09. Philadelphia County had the highest birth rate (14.47), followed by Lancaster County (13.44), and Mifflin County (12.76) On the other hand, Forest County had the lowest birth rate (5.93), followed by Pike County (6.61), and Centre County (7.95).
