According to the US Census Bureau Vintage data estimates, in 2013, the birth rate for Utah was 18.03. Duchesne County had the highest birth rate (23.05), followed by Uintah County (20.9), and Cache County (20.5) On the other hand, Piute County had the lowest birth rate (7.38), followed by Wayne County (9.6), and Kane County (10.35).
