According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2023, the number of births for Iowa was 36,475. Polk had the highest number of births (6,463), followed by Linn (2,628), and Scott (1,902) On the other hand, Ringgold had the lowest number of births (36), followed by Adams (38), and Audubon (60).
