According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 1,540 people who identified as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone in Hawaii, which was 0.11% of the total Hawaii population.

Honolulu County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone (1,367), followed by Hawaii County (92), and Maui County (55). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone were: Kalawao County (2), Kauai County (24), and Maui County (55).
