According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 11,603 people who identified as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone in Louisiana, which was 0.25% of the total Louisiana population.

Orleans Parish had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone (2,397), followed by Jefferson Parish (1,992), and East Baton Rouge Parish (1,129). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone were: Cameron Parish (1), West Carroll Parish (3), and Caldwell Parish (6).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identify as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone, Orleans Parish had the highest percentage (0.62%), followed by St. John the Baptist Parish (0.54%), and Madison Parish (0.51%).
