According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 222,305 people who identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone in Tennessee, which was 3.22% of the total Tennessee population.

Davidson County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone (53,020), followed by Shelby County (45,186), and Rutherford County (18,113). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone were: Van Buren County (10), Moore County (13), and Hancock County (15).
