According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 395,476 people who identified as Hispanic - White Alone in Illinois, which was 3.09% of the total Illinois population.
Cook County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - White Alone (210,740), followed by Kane County (27,528), and Lake County (27,046). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Hispanic - White Alone were: Calhoun County (10), Brown County (15), and Pulaski County (16).
When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identify as Hispanic - White Alone, Kane County had the highest percentage (5.33%), followed by Whiteside County (4.34%), and Kendall County (4.21%).
