Multnomah County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone (43,793), followed by Washington County (12,763), and Lane County (4,352). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone were: Sherman County (0), Wheeler County (1), and Gilliam County (3).
