According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 67,948 people who identified as Hispanic - Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone in the United States, which was 0.02% of the total US population. This number is the population from the 50 states and the District of Columbia.

California had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone (19,096), followed by Hawaii (8,391), and Texas (5,754). On the other hand, the three states with low number of people who identified as Hispanic - Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone were: Vermont (11), Maine (36), and West Virginia (47).
