According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone in California was 352,937; and represented 1.15% of the total California voting-age population.

Los Angeles County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (113,179), followed by Orange County (24,658), and San Bernardino County (24,304). On the other hand, the three counties with low Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone voting-age population were: Sierra County (5), Alpine County (12), and Trinity County (14).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's voting-age population that identified as Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone, Madera County had the highest percentage (3.32%), followed by Monterey County (2.34%), and Merced County (2.20%).
