According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone in New York was 150,314; and represented 0.93% of the total New York voting-age population.

Bronx County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone (44,609), followed by Kings County (29,377), and New York County (21,428). On the other hand, the three counties with low Hispanic - Black or African American Alone voting-age population were: Hamilton County (0), Lewis County (6), and Schuyler County (8).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's voting-age population that identified as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone, Bronx County had the highest percentage (3.97%), followed by New York County (1.47%), and Kings County (1.37%).
