According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Hispanic - Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone in the United States was 43,288; and represented 0.02% of the total US voting-age population. This number is the population from the 50 states and the District of Columbia.

California had the highest Hispanic - Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone voting-age population (11,672), followed by Hawaii (5,198), and Texas (3,637).
