According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population, of people of all racial backgrounds in Oregon who identified as hispanic or latino was 389,394; and represented 11.55% of the total Oregon voting-age population.

Multnomah County had the highest hispanic or latino voting-age population (72,400), followed by Washington County (71,496), and Marion County (60,955). On the other hand, the three counties with low hispanic or latino voting-age population were: Wheeler County (50), Gilliam County (75), and Sherman County (92).
