According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population, of people of all racial backgrounds in West Virginia who identified as hispanic or latino was 23,483; and represented 1.64% of the total West Virginia voting-age population.

Berkeley County had the highest hispanic or latino voting-age population (4,217), followed by Jefferson County (2,612), and Monongalia County (2,504). On the other hand, the three counties with low hispanic or latino voting-age population were: Wirt County (13), Webster County (23), and Clay County (31).
