According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population, of people (of all racial backgrounds) in Louisiana who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) was 3,346,886; and represented 93.74% of the total Louisiana voting-age population.

East Baton Rouge Parish had the highest non-hispanic voting-age population (334.07K), followed by Jefferson Parish (289.17K), and Orleans Parish (283.04K). On the other hand, the three counties with low non-hispanic voting-age popoulation were: Tensas Parish (3.19K), Cameron Parish (4.23K), and Red River Parish (5.60K).
