According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population, of people (of all racial backgrounds) in Minnesota who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) was 4,170,266; and represented 95.02% of the total Minnesota voting-age population.

Hennepin County had the highest non-hispanic voting-age population (943.40K), followed by Ramsey County (397.54K), and Dakota County (309.84K). On the other hand, the three counties with low non-hispanic voting-age popoulation were: Traverse County (2.49K), Red Lake County (2.93K), and Lake of the Woods County (3.04K).
