According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population, of people (of all racial backgrounds) in Oregon who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) was 2,981,258; and represented 88.45% of the total Oregon voting-age population.

Multnomah County had the highest non-hispanic voting-age population (594.31K), followed by Washington County (393.47K), and Clackamas County (304.50K). On the other hand, the three counties with low non-hispanic voting-age popoulation were: Wheeler County (1.17K), Sherman County (1.42K), and Gilliam County (1.52K).
