According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population, of people (of all racial backgrounds) in Pennsylvania who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) was 9,649,290; and represented 93.20% of the total Pennsylvania voting-age population.

Philadelphia County had the highest non-hispanic voting-age population (1.11M), followed by Allegheny County (996.05K), and Montgomery County (638.37K). On the other hand, the three counties with low non-hispanic voting-age popoulation were: Cameron County (3.70K), Sullivan County (4.79K), and Forest County (6.03K).
