According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 507,934 people in Massachusetts who identified their race as Asian Alone, which is 7.23% of the total population of Massachusetts. Middlesex County had the highest number of people who identify as Asian Alone (210,462), followed by Norfolk County (88,512), and Suffolk County (81,140). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Asian Alone were: Dukes County (185), Nantucket County (264), and Franklin County (1,198).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Middlesex County had the highest percentage, with 12.90% of its population identifying their race as Asian Alone, followed by Norfolk County (12.19%), and Suffolk County (10.17%).
