Middlesex County had the highest number of people who identify as Asian Alone (210,462), followed by Norfolk County (88,512), and Suffolk County (81,140). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Asian Alone were: Dukes County (185), Nantucket County (264), and Franklin County (1,198).
