According to the data from the US 2020 Census, as at April 2020, among all Alaska cities and places, Kiana city had the highest population density per square mile (2.38K people per sqr mile), followed by Ketchikan city (2.15K people per sqr mile), and Kodiak city (1.42K people per sqr mile).

On the other hand, Attu Station CDP had the lowest population density per square mile (0.00 people per sqr mile), followed by Chisana CDP (0.00 people per sqr mile), and Flat CDP (0.00 people per sqr mile).
