Ranking of Maryland Cities and Places By Population Density from Census 2020

According to the data from the US 2020 Census, as at April 2020, among all Maryland cities and places, Friendship Heights Village CDP had the highest population density per square mile (90.78K people per sqr mile), followed by Langley Park CDP (20.24K people per sqr mile), and Mount Rainier city (13.10K people per sqr mile).

On the other hand, Dames Quarter CDP had the lowest population density per square mile (11.96 people per sqr mile), followed by Fort Ritchie CDP (12.32 people per sqr mile), and Frenchtown-Rumbly CDP (22.89 people per sqr mile).
