According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all of Hawaii's cities and places, Urban Honolulu CDP had the highest number of voting-age population who identified their race as Black or African American Alone (5.01K), followed by Schofield Barracks CDP (1.57K), and Ocean Pointe CDP (681).
