According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all the cities and places in the United States, New York city, NY had the highest number of voting-age population who identified their race as Black or African American Alone (1.53M), followed by Chicago city, IL (625.81K), and Philadelphia city, PA (480.80K).
