According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all of Oregon's cities and places, Portland city had the highest number of voting-age population who identified their race as Black or African American Alone (29.15K), followed by Gresham city (4.20K), and Eugene city (2.56K).
