According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Oregon counties, in April 2020, among all of Oregon's cities and places with a voting-age population of at least 10K, Portland city had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (5.39%), followed by Gresham city (4.82%), and Aloha CDP (2.95%).
