According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Arizona counties, in April 2020, among all of Arizona's cities and places with a voting-age population of at least 10K, Flagstaff city had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (9.74%), followed by Drexel Heights CDP (5.05%), and Florence town (4.72%).
